Project Management

We know how stressful any project in your home or office can be.  We want to help guide you through the process and make your next Painting Project as painless as possible.  Alchemy Painting utilizes online software for our Project Management.  This allows us seamless integration and tracking of each project from start to finish and allows our clients complete access to their account from their Client Hub.  We’ve tried to summarize the entire process for you here so you know exactly what to expect from us.

Walkthrough

Every project, big or small, is important to us.  We want to ensure your experience with us reflects that.  Our commitment to you and your project begins from our very first contact.   Our first appointment with you will always be onsite.  We complete a thorough “walkthrough” of the project where our technician will take pictures, with your permission, and measurements if needed.  This allows us to provide  you a complete and accurate estimate and allows you an opportunity to provide additional details, ask any questions and voice any initial concerns.  


Estimate

Once the walkthrough is complete, a detailed estimate will be provided through our Client Hub within an agreed upon time frame.  This can vary slightly depending on the size of the project. The Client Hub allows you to view and approve your estimate, request changes and make your deposit payment all from the Estimate screen.  

Please note, you can always contact us via phone, text message or email with any questions, to make any payments or change requests or if you’d like to schedule a follow up appointment prior to approving your project.


Job Scheduling & Completion

Your time is valuable and a big part of our job is to ensure your project fits your schedule.  Knowing this, discussing this schedule is a vital part of the entire process, from the initial walkthrough through to the project completion. We will always be transparent with our projected timelines, including start dates and completion dates.  

Once your estimate is approved and deposit is submitted, your project schedule will be tailored according to our discussions and projections.  This schedule will be shown in your Client Hub under the Appointments screen.  Changes to existing appointments cannot be made on your hub at this time, simply contact us using the link in the hub to make any changes necessary.

Upon completion, generally a full walkthrough is done and/or scheduled with you to go over the entire scope of the project. A “punch list” may be created at this time if any item needs attention. Final invoicing arrangements will be discussed at this time as well.   

Please remember, we are a small, family owned business and every one of our clients are important to us.  We will always do our best to complete your project within your timeline, but rarely there may be circumstances that require us all to have some flexibility.


Invoicing & Payment

Once your project, final walkthrough and any possible “Punch List’ items are addressed, your final invoice will be submitted to you. This is generally done through the Project Management software by text and/or email.  Invoices are also available at any time via your Client Hub. 

Payment is expected at time of invoicing and may be made via Credit Card or ACH through your Client Hub.  Payments being made another way can be arranged by contacting our office at 234.571.2562 or by discussing with your painter during the final walkthrough.  Questions regarding invoicing or payment arrangements can also be made by contacting our office at 234.571.2562.


We are always ready for your next project, whenever you are.  Just log in to your Client Hub, click on New Request and complete the simple form.  We will contact you within 48 hours of your request submission.

Customers can view their Client Hub from any online device at any time.  It is a mobile-friendly site, so you can view with ease on a computer, tablet or mobile device.  Use the secure link provided in your recent text message or email, visit our website for a log in link (located on the Contact Page) or contact us directly and we will assist in getting you access.
